You can’t relax

Your mind is racing before you even open your eyes. It feels like a weight is sitting on your chest, and you’re just trying to get through the day with the feeling that something isn’t right inside.

You can’t focus

Self doubt is building. You second guess decisions, overthink what’s right, and sometimes feel frozen, unsure what to do next.

You’re overwhelmed

Anger, sadness, or worry show up more often than you’d like, at home, with your kids, in your relationships. You want to feel like yourself again.

View all FAQs
What can I expect in a first session?
The first conversation is a chance to discuss what brings you in, what you hope will change, and whether working together feels like a good fit. You can ask questions and share at your own pace.
How do I know which service is right for me?
You do not need to arrive with the right label. Choose the concern that feels closest when requesting a consultation, and Nina can discuss possible approaches with you.
What is the difference between CBT and ACT?
CBT often focuses on the relationship between thoughts, feelings, and actions. ACT emphasizes making room for difficult internal experiences while taking action guided by your values. An approach may draw from either based on your needs.
How many sessions will I need?
There is no universal number. The pace depends on your goals, circumstances, and progress. Expectations can be discussed together rather than assumed in advance.
